owned by Andrijana Anya Katavić, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary
information, and other intellectual property.

otherwise explicitly specified, the Studio Artesania website (including past,
present and future versions) and included content (and any derivative works or
enhancements of the same), including, but not limited to, all layout, text,
illustrations, instructions, files, images, designs, software, scripts,
graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, information, advertising copy,
content, materials, products, services, URLs, technology, documentation,
interactive features, the "look and feel" of the site, the
compilation, assembly and arrangement of the materials of the websites and any
and all copyrightable material (including source and object code),
(collectively, the "Website Content") and all intellectual property
rights to the same are owned or controlled by Andrijana Anya Katavić.

Artesania respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its
users to do the same.

has created. All products are the property
of Andrijana Anya Katavić and protected under copyright. You may not claim
intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or

for the limited use rights granted to you by Studio Artesania Terms and Conditions, you shall not acquire any right, title or interest in the Websites
or any Website Content. Any rights not expressly granted in Terms and
Conditions are expressly reserved.

perform, sell, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works

of Studio Artesania into any language,

Copyright and license for digital products
When
purchasing a tutorial/e-book/print from Studio Artesania, you have Single
License. The license does not imply a transfer of copyrights.
When
you purchase a tutorial/e-book/print under the Single License, you acquire the
right to Use Studio Artesania tutorial/e-book/print for Personal, Non-Commercial
Use only.
You
CANNOT:
• Resell, redistribute or share the tutorial/e-book/print or part of it
• Use the tutorial/e-book/print on another site
• Use the tutorial/e-book/print for
Commercial Use
Commercial
Use, in this case, is defined as reselling, redistributing, gifting, sharing,
or transferring the Product (i.e. a tutorial) to another person or entity in
any manner for monetary gain or non-financial gain.
No
part of Studio Artesania publication may be reproduced, distributed, or
transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or
other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of
the publisher, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical
reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.
This
means that every word, sentence, phrase, photo, template, and description in tutorial/e-book/print is
fully protected by me (or another copyright
holder) and I (or they) hold all rights to this material. This also
means that you DO NOT have permission (license) to copy, resell or otherwise
distribute Studio Artesania tutorials/e-books/prints. You do not have the right
to take Studio Artesania tutorials/e-books/prints in whole or in its parts and
share it with or sell to other people. You do not have the right to modify Studio
Artesania tutorials/e-books/prints in whole or in its parts, or copying them in
any way to rewrite my lessons and use them and distribute in the form of new
tutorials.
As
the holder of the copyright, I give you
permission (license) to save the purchased tutorial/e-book/print on your
computer, phone, tablet, or another device
for personal use only. Also, you are allowed to print purchased tutorial/e-book/print
for personal use. You do not have permission (license) to share or copy Studio
Artesania publications in any other way.
The
license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions
and may be terminated by Studio Artesania at any time. Upon terminating your
ability to use these materials or upon the termination of this license, you
must destroy any downloaded materials immediately.
Intellectual property rights to your materials
We
claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Studio
Artesania. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in
any content that you submit through the Site or Service. The content you submit to Studio Artesania
remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree
to hold Studio Artesania harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and
expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark
misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on
the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive,
irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development,
and marketing purposes.
Feature and re-posting
If
wanting to feature an article, you may quote
a short snippet (an introductory paragraph) from the post which MUST link back
to the original post on Studio Artesania. Provide a clear, visible link that is
easy to click to reach the article on my blog. An image with the word
"source" captioned in tiny letters doesn’t count. You may NOT post
the entire blog post, step-by-step instructions, photo(s), or any written material, without prior permission.
Images
If
you want to use photos from Studio Artesania you must have written permission/license to do so. Images from Studio
Artesania may not be used for any intents or purposes other than to promote the
article/product for which it was created.
Images
produced by Studio Artesania may NOT be copied,
edited, changed, cropped, or watermarks removed without written permission unless provided that way from
Andrijana Anya Katavić for a specific project or collaboration.
Sharing on social media
We appreciate all the shares! To make it easy for you to share on your
social media profiles at the bottom of each article, you have an appropriate
button for most used social media such as Facebook, Tweeter, Pinterest, and Google+. Also, on each photo, you have a button to share it directly
on Pinterest. Please use this features to avoid copyright infringement.
Monitoring
This
is monitored and action will be taken if you are found to be in violation. This
license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions
and may be terminated by Studio Artesania at any time. Upon terminating your
viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must
destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or
printed format.
