Studio Artesania provides an online store (shop) where you can buy:

Creating an account
Ecwid,
the shopping cart software we use, allows the customer to login with the feature called
Sign-in by the link. The feature doesn’t
oblige store visitors to create accounts in our store. Customers will be able
to register in our store at any time via Sign In link in the storefront and
they will find all the orders associated with their email address in their
customer account.
To
register and enter their account in our store customer will simply need to
verify their email address by clicking the Sign In link in the email sent by
Ecwid. Once customer signs-in by a unique link, their login will be saved in
the browser history if they allow saving. Most of the people surf the net using
a favorite browser. As they verify their email once at our store, they can shop
simply by navigating to our storefront anytime - and being already logged in
there.
The
Sign-in feature offers the following security advantages:
• The customer does not have to remember the password. This means that you do
not have to keep your password somewhere else in order to have an access to the
account.
• The Sign-in option provides you with a unique link generated every
time they try to log in to your account with our store.
• The customer can always log in to their
accounts with our store and to see ALL orders placed under their e-mail
addresses. All orders will be associated with their email address entered
during checkout processes.
Please
make sure your email address is correct! If it’s entered incorrectly, you won’t
get your unique Sign-in link.
How to order
You
can purchase Studio Artesania products on the "Add to Cart" button.
When you’ve added all the products you wish to purchase, go to the Checkout.
Order confirmation
We
will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details
concerning product delivery. If you
don’t see an email for us within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you do not
receive an email during 24 hours, please contact us with your order number. In
the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your
responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
Payments
Payment
for our products is handled by PayPal, but you don’t need to create a PayPal
account to order. You can use your debit or credit card if you’d like, or you
can log into PayPal if you prefer. However, you may be prompted to sign up at
PayPal to pay depending on the country where you are located.
Support

Artesania provides product related support to verified customers via email. We
may request you to provide us with your
purchase details and website login when needed.
We
aim to respond to all queries within 48 business hours. Please be aware of
possible time differences.
