Terms and conditions for the newsletter

A subscription to our mailing lists means that you will automatically receive email updates about Studio Artesania related activities. We may send you emails if you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services, or you agreed to receive our newsletter and in each case, you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. However, you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time.

We will not email you unnecessarily or for a purpose that you have not agreed to.

Consent to newsletter

Our use and storage of personal information for email communications is based on your consent for us to do so. Therefore you will only receive emails and other information that you have consented to receive. We make sure that our consent process is double opt-in, which means that your consent is validated before we send any communications to you.

We only send newsletters to recipients who have opted to sign up and we use so-called double opt-in so others cannot enter your email address. If you have received our newsletter without giving us your acceptance, it may be because a person you know has forwarded the newsletter to you.

We use external platforms to manage our emails and communications. Such platforms may be located outside the EEA, however, any such platforms shall be compliant with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. To maintain our subscription list and send the newsletters, we use the services of the MailChimp.

By registration on our subscription form, you also acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Furthermore, upon registration, you give permission to receive service messages, including e-mails about the abandoned basket on Studio Artesania shop, follow-up e-mails after purchases from Studio Artesania shop and e-mails containing Studio Artesania products that you have shown interest in.

What information do we collect?

When you subscribe to newsletters or emails from us, we require:

We will collect this information as part of your subscription to our mailing lists. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent you have provided. We guarantee that we do not disclose or sell your email address to other persons or companies. We treat your information with care. Read our Privacy Policy.

Studio Artesania will store the personal data until you withdraw your consent.

Update of your information

All newsletters contain a link to a page where you can update your email address and other contact information.

If you no longer have access to the registered e-mail address, please send an email to hello@studioartesania.com and provide us with your name, your old email address, and your new e-mail address. Then we will handle the rest.

About newsletter

Studio Artesania newsletter is free, and we send it out one (1) time each month - every 15th of the month. It is completely non-binding and you can always unsubscribe. Right after you have activated your subscription the free e-book is sent to you by e-mail.

Periodically, you may also get an email related to news, giveaways or special offers and coupon codes for Studio Artesania shop/products and information about our campaigns.

Our emails may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

How to unsubscribe?

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link on any of our newsletters or by emailing us at hello@studioartesania.com. If you unsubscribe from receiving our newsletters this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.

After you unsubscribe your email address and other personal information will be safely removed from our mailing list and you would not receive our emails anymore.
